Oh my word... the South West (Devon) Junior Chef of the Year has been awarded to none other than our Jessica Klapsia in year 10 !! 
The competition was to produce a main course for two, in 90 minutes and the entries were judged on the creativity of the recipe, the balance of the ingredients, the skills required to create the dish and the use of ingredients produced locally/in the South West.
Jessica will now meet the other five county winners at the final in October and will be mentored by judge, @scottipaton , who will help her to prepare her dish.
