Below is a timeline of key dates and important information for students and parents / carers.

If your child has any questions they can speak to their Tutor, Head of Year, Subject Teacher and Careers team.
Please see link below to the 2026 GCSE options form. Please ensure that your child enters their choices in order of preference and that they enter a reserve. They can access this in school and as a polite reminder, the options are not determined on a first come first served basis. The deadline for all submissions is Friday 13th February 2026. Please do encourage your child to speak to any relevant members of staff if they still require support over the coming days.

| Monday 19 January 2026 | Parents' Evening booking opens for parents of RW ONLY at 6pm on Arbor |
| Thursday 29 January 2026 | Parents' Evening for RW Face to Face 4pm - 7pm in the Dining Hall |
| Thursday 5 February 2026 | GCSE Options Evening for all students and families |
| Friday 6 February 2026 | Options selection submission form opens |
