We are delighted to offer a STEM Day (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) for girls in our local community who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) on Friday 4th December.
At TGGS, we are committed to widening participation and creating opportunities for the next generation of students. We see this event as the first of many exciting experiences designed to inspire and support curious girls with a passion for learning.
The day will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and students will need to be dropped off and collected from school.
Students will take part in a range of engaging and practical STEM activities led by our specialist staff, providing opportunities to explore new ideas, develop their skills and experience learning in a secondary school environment.
At the end of the event, we will also share information about our new 11+ Mock Examination Service, which may be of interest to families whose children are due to sit the 11+ in 2028.
If you would like your child to attend, please complete the application form by Friday 6th November.
We look forward to welcoming your child to TGGS for what promises to be an engaging and inspiring day.
