
We are absolutely overjoyed to announce that Year 11 student Jessica Klapsia has only gone and won South West Junior Chef of the Year, beating 5 other finalists to the title!!
Jessica was mentored by local Chef Scott Paton and her winning dish was confit cod fillet with dashi beurre blanc, which looks incredibly delicious
That's not the end though Jessica - we've set aside Wednesday lunchtime for staff to sample it too - we reckon 100 portions ought to do it??
