We are absolutely overjoyed to announce that Year 11 student Jessica Klapsia has only gone and won South West Junior Chef of the Year, beating 5 other finalists to the title!!

Jessica was mentored by local Chef Scott Paton and her winning dish was confit cod fillet with dashi beurre blanc, which looks incredibly delicious 😋

That's not the end though Jessica - we've set aside Wednesday lunchtime for staff to sample it too 😁 - we reckon 100 portions ought to do it?? 😉👏👏🥇
