Anwen Mansell in Y7 is a triathlete!

She competed in the 'Cornish Into Tri series' which consisted of Tavistock and Bodmin triathlons (pool swim 150m, bike 2.4km, run 1.8km) followed by the Falmouth Triathlon, which unfortunately became a duathlon (run, bike, run) due to the sea state last weekend 20th September!

Following Anwen's performances in these three events, Anwen very proudly stood on the podium last weekend after finishing the Cornwall series in 3rd place!!

This is an amazing effort and achievement for one so young and here is Anwen looking rather proud (and cold).
