Year 9 student Anaise White has been making waves on the water, proudly representing the West of England at the British Rowing Junior Inter Regional Regatta in Nottingham last weekend!
After only 18 months in the sport, starting through Dart Totnes Rowing Club’s Learn to Row programme, Anaise has already reached the highest level of junior rowing. Following selection at the Inter Regional Trials, she raced alongside a partner from Castledore Rowing Club and finished 3rd in the C Final – an incredible result for her first national competition and with limited time training together.
An amazing achievement and a very bright future ahead – well done, Anaise!
