KS4 Overview

In years 10 and 11 we build on the fundamentals that are covered in year 9 to complete the GCSE spec.

Building on KS3 and preparing for KS5…

The GCSE curriculum is designed to inspire and building knowledge in a way that creates passionate Biologists that want to further their studies into KS5.

KS4 Assessment

At the end of each unit an assessment made of past paper questions assesses progress. Larger units also have a lower stakes mid unit test. During lessons knowledge is assessed constantly through questioning and checking of work.
