House Point Totals are:

NEW ARRANGMENTS FOR BREAK AND LUNCH AFTER HALF-TERM  - BREAK TIMES FOR ALL YEARS

Break and lunch times: From the star of the new half-term – 25th February – break will start at 11.15 as now, and lesson 3 will begin at 11.40. In other words, it will be 5 minutes  longer each day.

A 5-minute bell will go at 11.35 to warn you to begin to get to your lessons.

Lesson 3 will finish at 12.40 ( 5 minutes later than now), and lesson 4 will start at the same time as now; this is 5 minutes less for lunch.

The bells will be adjusted to reflect these changes.

OTHER CANTEEN NEWS

Break-time – Year 7 please buy what you need and then go to eat it in Burton Hall – you are not allowed to eat food in the dining-room at break, but  you can buy it from there. If you’re eating packed-lunches at break, please do so in Burton Hall.  This space in Burton Hall is only for Year 7 students. Lunch is for all years in the Dining-room, but we will be enforcing the rota.

There will be a third till and outlet next to the Drama office starting after half-term. When you buy from there, be aware that you are only allowed to eat in the following places: the Dining-Room ( but not Year 7 at break); Burton Hall ( year 7 at break) or sitting at one of our outside spaces.

Please do not eat any food in classrooms including packed lunches. Please do not wander around the school with food.

WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE OVER THE FOOD SITUATION – WE ARE MAKING THESE CHANGES TO ALLOW YOU MORE TIME TO PROPERLY EAT THE FOOD AT BREAK AND LUNCH.

A reminder to the lower school to come to the Moana Screening, today, Friday 15th February.  No need to book, just turn up on the day. No charge, but there will be the opportunity to make an optional donation.
