Netball Teams kick off 2022 Season with style!

Our netball teams have continued their great start the season across all ages.

The Y7 team, who had never played together, did well to defend against some established teams from Newton Abbot College and Churston, who they lost both games to. They did exceptionally well against T.A. winning 16 goals to 0. 

Y9 played their first matches of the year in a mini tournament. They did exceptionally well against some very tough opposition. Despite losing their games they did continue to work hard throughout all their matches until the final whistle and should be commended for their resilience. 

The U13 netball team had their first matches at Paignton. They started strongly winning against Newton Abbot College 10-1, and Teign 10-0. They then worked extremely hard in their game against Churston but unfortunately lost 8-3. Their final game saw them back on top winning 5-0 against Kingsbridge! 

Our U18 team had their first matches of the season last Monday at Churston. Despite never playing together before they managed to only lose one, draw one and win 3 games!
