Y10 Health Day

Year 10 had their annual Health Day yesterday, when they were off timetable for the day participating in a series of sessions designed to make them think carefully about some important topics that life throws up, but that aren't necessarily on any GCSE syllabus.

The classes that the students had an opportunity to participate in were:

• Sex education;
• Yoga;
• Self awareness;
• The Four Cs (What cards are we dealt in life, and how do we respond to them?).
